Employment Support & Innovation
We run employment support programmes working on a one to one basis with individuals, to provide specific support and intervention so that they can progress and achieve their career aspirations. CLATC has been highly successful in developing people with difficulties and moving hard to reach people into employment and fulfilment e.g. Volunteering, One of our service users who eventually became a volunteer in our office (office manager) now works as a Manager in the NHS.
We assisted her to gain relevant United Kingdom work experience in administration and business structuring. Our core competency centres on addressing employment intervention in new and innovative ways. We hope that with additional funding we will be able to assist over 200 people a year to move into jobs by scaling up this initiative.
